Heartburn 007 :: The Spy Who Stole My Heart

The Philadelphia Experiment.

The Philadelphia Experiment proudly presents:
Heartburn 007 :: The Spy Who Stole My Heart

Our Mission:

To inspire and connect a growing, willing and participatory community of passionate, tolerant and motivated individuals by actively creating, supporting and providing engaging experiences. To this end we continually strive to foster an environment that nurtures and protects the family evolved by this culture.

Your Objective:

To test the limits of the human body (physically, mentally and, if you so subscribe, spiritually) relative to an acceleration toward an imposed atmosphere of unnatural or hyper-normal. Memorize this.

The Spies Before You:

You will not be the first at this show, but you will be next. So in who’s shadow, which shoulders of giants, you ask – will you make yourself known?
Neil Armstrong, yes. Buzz Aldrin, yes. John Glenn, yes. Gordo, Deke, Sheppard, Gus, Lovell, yes yes yes yes yes. Every man and woman who ever slipped the surly bonds of earth will have stood where you will stand. They were all here. But why?
One can no longer assume the complete story of man’s journey toward the small, lifeless, gray rock in our sky was “because it’s there.” Certainly propaganda to mask and sublimate a truer reason or purpose. So, what is that reason?

Your Mission Playground:

THE CENTRIFUGE
at the Naval Air Development Center (NADC)
“From the mid 1940's through 1996 the US Navy operated 31 development laboratories in Warminster, Pennsylvania. These labs worked on military applications of technologies that we all take for granted today; including flight data recorder or "black box" technology, GPS and photosensitive lenses, generating over 50 patents annually. Among the labs at the Naval Air Development Center (NADC) was the Aviation Medical Acceleration Laboratory (AMAL) the centerpiece of which was the largest and most powerful human centrifuge that the world has ever seen.”
